All products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, texture, and detail. We use AI-generated rendering in our marketing, product photography, and website imagery. Images are for illustrative purposes only and your product may differ from what is shown online. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is taken at the time of purchase via Shopify Payments. We do not accept PayPal.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Please allow 5-7 business days for production before dispatch. Estimated delivery is 5-14 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or events outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in cases where an item arrives damaged or broken in transit. Full details can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window your item may already be in production and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

All content on this website including images, text, logos, designs, and video content is the property of JaysFlags and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

JaysFlags is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
